So, as some of you know I have very few hobbies. Land Rover maintenance, yard work, marriage, work, and foremost training/playing/being around my bird dogs. I have two Brittany’s: my one year old male Dexter (bred of a field champion male and dual champion female) and my new 11 week old Brit pup Birdie (of national champion parent and grandparent bloodlines).

Pointing breeds such as GSPs, setters, and Brittanys are know for there venerability, intelligence, and energy. So it makes it difficult to pin down just what my doges would be if they were cars. I’m somewhere between a Bowler Wildcat, Audi ur Quattro of group B fame, and a current gen Range Rover Sport SVR. These vehicles due to their speed, agility, and field prowess.

Kanoa the mutt, probably cattle dog mix: Miata with an LS swap. Runs all day, quick and really agile. Since he is a mutt, it can’t all be from one manufacturer.

Miles the Boxer, is closest to a Porsche Cayman. He’s handsome, really fast, eats expensive food, and loves to play. He’s also quite cuddly when hes not eating/playing.

My dog Abby would be a z32 300zx. Looks really aggressive and sporty but just literally a cool chill car to be in. She’s like the chillest pit bull mix ever.

Great assessment. Our Brittany, Bullseye, is definitely a Group B rally car when out running in a field. But what car stares deeply into your eyes and just wants to snuggle with you all the time in the evenings?

He’s about 6. Great dog - we’ve had a vizsla and German shorthair prior. Seem to remember that we’ve talked Brittanies before - ha. How often do they get to work? I’ve always wanted to get into actually hunting with my dogs (feel like it’s having an aforementioned rally car and never actually racing it!), but I didn’t grow up doing it and don’t have close friends nearby to join in with. Maybe once I retire it will be something I can take up...

Scooter:

Cocker spaniel, laid back, easy going, but lightning fast if he’s chasing a bird or bunny. Also, 9 years old but still has frequent puppy time. Spends a lot of time idle. Small-Medium sized, docile and unassuming:

If I had to describe him as a car, I’d say he’s like an 08 or so Audi S4, in black metallic, and debadged.

Binkie is sweet, sort of insane, high-maintenance, full of energy, and loves to run although she runs out of breath quickly. She also loves food and is very vocal. You can’t spend time with her and not have a smile on your face, though:
